Il est un chemin solitaire
Où le corps loin de se taire
Nous rappelle notre négligence
Où notre confort fut régence

Mais grâce à la souffrance
Libèré de nos émotions rances
Un espace en nous se crée
Libérant un profond secret

Par notre seul volonté
Et sans orgueil éhonté
Chaque pas devient sacré
Car la vie y est ancrée
